Sakit Badan

Sakit badan
Sakit-sakit badan, sengal-sengal bahagian tertentu di tubuh, tentu menyebabkan aktiviti harian terganggu.


Khususnya ibu2, wanita2 bekerja...
Ibu-ibu lah banyak aktiviti.. nak memasak, jemur kain, jaga anak, kemas rumah,
Wanita-wanita bekerjaya pun tidak kurangnya aktiviti, kena kejar dateline, kena pergi meeting, kena setup projek.



Apabila sakit badan......
Fuh tak tahu nak cakap lah perasaan itu.😔
Saya sendiri pernah mengalaminya.
Maka, supaya kesakitan badan berkurangan (non injuries ye maksudnya), amalkan Ostematrix, 3biji setiap hari.


Agar hari sakit badan dapat dikurangkan dan dielakkan.
Dan amalkan senaman supaya badan tidak 'karat'.
